[01|06|04] “Culture is the Mother” is the theme of the III Regional Cultural Policies Forum in Rio Claro

Rio Claro Forum discusses culture centricity in public policies construction aiming to establish a participative, sustained and plural social development approaching the central theme “Culture is the Mother”.

“I am convinced about the importance of culture centrality not only in arts but also in the construction of a sustained development, so we decided to introduce this theme (Culture is the Mother) for it represents the creation idea, the matrix”, says João Pimentel, Forum Executive Secretary.
