From June 30 to 3, 2004
Famous
lectures will present reflections
on the general topics of the Forum.
Specialistis will didvide the general
topics into thematic debates, going
deeper into discussion, with the participation
of the audience.
there will be interpreters for the
conferences, in the four official
languages of the Forum: Portuguese,
English, Spanish and French.
The sessions of debates and exchanges
of experiences will be held simultaneously,
people will enter in order of arrival
and according the capacity of the
rooms of Convention Centre Palácio
das Convenções Anhembi.

these fees include a participation
in all the main conferences, sessions
of debates, presentation of posters
and combined activities available
at Centro de Convenções
Anhembi. Entrance to the Fair of Ideas
and Opportunities, at Pavilhão
Oeste Anhembi, is free; participants
in Internactional Convention with
credentials will have a discount on
the price of the tickets for the whole
program Artistic Exhibition, that
will take place in different spaces
of the City of São Paulo.
the credentials will be distributed

june 26 on. Students will have to
show their card.

Exchange of experiences [papers
and projects]

Works selected as papers or projects relevant to the Forum
sub-themes will have an opportunity to be presented with the
purpose of sharing ideas and learning alternatives.
rooms for themes will be allocated at Anhembi and other venues
in the city for discussion of sub-topics based on the
Forum's main subject matter.
the session is composed of 4 to 5 participants with 10 to
15 minutes of explanation per person
enrollments will be accepted until May 25 (date e-mail sent
or posted)
the venues at Anhembi will provide simultaneous interpretation

Presentation of works, projects and
experiences in the form of posters,
for informal discussion and display
at the Forum venues.
proposals for presentation
of posters will be selected according to the criteria of:
- relation to the themes
of the Forum
- relevance and originality of the proposal
there will be venues at Anhembi for the placement of posters:
- measurements are 0.95m
x 1.50m
- text may take up 4 pages at the most, in letter font Arial
26
- the text may be prepared in the proponent's native language,
with his/her decision to translate into any of the four
Forum languages
- can contain pictures and charts
- the material and the preparation is up to the proponent's
criterion

Specific encounters, assemblies, meetings and debates by institutions,
networks, groups included in the Forum programming
the objective
is to assist and stimulate the encounter, the presentation
and fundamentals of the proposals, the overall contemplation,
articulation, planning and definition of group strategies,
coalitions, networks, movements and organization in the different
areas of World Culture.
there are spaces for the initiatives and responsibilities
of the proposing entities (organization, invitations, coverage
for costs, translation, equipment etc). They may be suggested
as:
associated debates
Specific venue to debate viewpoints, proposals and movements
by the entities with their guests.
associated encounters
Meetings or assemblies of networks, groups, entities or
institutions for discussion of specific aspects of their
performance in the cultural field.
