Uma feira para diálogos, novas pontes, oportunidades e contatos. A Feira de Artes Latinoamericanas (FALA) é um espaço para a apresentação e interação de idéias e produtos culturais. FALA é concebida como um forum e uma oportunidade para networking entre artistas, representantes, produtores, diretores de festivais, donos de galeria, promotores culturais e diretores nacionais e internacionais de centros culturais. A Feira consiste de espaços e eventos abertos onde idéias, produtos e talentos culturais são valorizados e trocados.

FALA também inclui mostras artísticas e oportunidades para a discussão sobre a circulação de produtos culturais entre a América Latina, a África, o Caribe, a Europa e os Estados Unidos. A conferência ampliará o conhecimento da evolução de nossas artes abrindo espaços, confrontando propostas e formulando uma cultura empresarial para as artes de nossas regiões.

TUDO FALA POR SI

Ao chegar ao TCA, o visitante mergulha em um espaço, com toda a liberdade de explorar os sentidos e significados de um dos elementos que compõem o “Mercado Cultural”- a FALA (Feira de Artes Latinoamericanas). Nela estão representados alguns segmentos da cultura e arte mundial, onde o intercâmbio é o objetivo e o mecanismo principal.

Stands para a troca de experiências com demonstrações do que se está passando pelo mundo, juntamente a artistas locais que irão expor suas leituras do cotidiano.

Performances das mais variadas modalidades, happy hour para o final da tarde, ao cair do sol. Revelam-se no “tapete das artes”, espaço no interior da feira, poetas , músicos, malabaristas e muito mais gente, tudo isto entremeado pelos “fragmentos”dos cenários de peças consagradas da casa. Coroando todo este intercâmbio, shows com representantes de novos movimentos culturais. Uma feira-instalação.

Nesta hora já é noite e o público se delicia com os rítmos na Concha Acústica, envolto pela brisa tão familiar da Bahia.

Emmanuel Marinho no Happy Hour

Todos os dias às 17 hs no happy hour da FALA (Feira de Artes Latinoamericanas), um encontro especial nos stands das entidades anfitriãs do evento: em frente ao “Tapete das Artes” teremos sempre um evento surpresa, incluindo lançamentos de livros e CDs, performances e poesia. Entre as atrações convidadas encontra-se o poeta e performer de Mato Grosso do Sul Emmanuel Marinho.

Com um humor fino, sutil e cruel, Emmanuel satiriza a política e mergulha fundo no lirismo deixando o coração fluir, num momento de pura descontração que mobiliza, encanta e seduz o público.

Latin American Arts Fair - FALA

A venue for creating new networking opportunities and contacts, the Latin American Arts Fair—FALA is a showcase for cultural products and ideas. FALA is set up as a forum where artists, representatives, producers, festival directors, gallery owners, cultural promoters and national and international directors of cultural centers can interact. At the fair, talent and cultural products and ideas are exchanged and evaluated.
FALA also includes artistic exhibits and provides opportunities for discussing the flow of cultural products between Latin America, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and the United States. The event will broaden awareness on the evolution of Latin American art and look at proposals for formulating culture and arts undertakings.

IT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

Upon arrival at the Castro Alves Theater (TCA), visitors are emerged in a space with the freedom to explore the feelings and significance of one of the main aspects of the Latin American Cultural Market, the Latin American Arts Fair or FALA, a showcase for world culture and art, the objective of which is to foster exchanges.
At the stands, visitors can enjoy exhibits from around the world as well as those of local, Bahian artists.
In the late afternoon, the FALA Happy Hour presents a great variety of performances on the “Carpet of the Arts,” located at the very back of the fairgrounds. There, poets, musicians, jugglers and other performers share their talents with the audience. All of this is interspersed with displays of stage props from popular TCA plays and theater presentations. To top it all off, there are performances depicting new cultural manifestations, a true exhibition of the arts.

Emmanuel Marinho - Happy Hour

Every day at the Latin American Arts Fair’s 5:00 pm Happy Hour, there are special events that take place just in front of the “Carpet of the Arts” at the stands of the event’s hosts, Casa Via Magia and the Castro Alves Theater-TCA. These surprise events include CD debuts, performances and poetry readings. Among the guests is the poet and performer, Emmanuel Marinho, from the Brazilian State of Mato Grosso do Sul.
With his subtle yet scathing humor, Emmanuel delivers political satire and comic relief, providing moments of pure fun that really pull the audience in.
