NOEME BASTOS

Bastante conhecida e prestigiada no meio artístico baiano, Noeme tem mais de dez anos de carreira, que iniciou-se por acaso, numa dessas “canjas” da vida noturna de Salvador, nos anos 80. A partir daí, deu início sua trajetória profissional, sendo contratada como principal atração do Bar Canoa entre os anos de 1987 e 1989. Em seguida, incrementou sua carreira com a experiência em estúdio, em Brasília. De volta a Bahia, faz diversos shows, chegando a dividir o palco com nomes como Nana Caymmi e Adriana Calcanhoto. Recebeu sete indicações para o Troféu Caymmi/99, levando os prêmios de melhor direção musical, melhor arranjo, melhor intérprete e melhor show: “Sintonia”. Seu show afro-pop, mostra canções alegres, arranjos arrojados e dançantes, utilizando elementos percussivos.

Well known with great prestige within the artistic circles of Bahia, Noeme has over a ten-year career that began by chance in the informal singing groups or “canjas” of nocturnal life in Salvador in the 80s. From that point on began her professional trajectory, as she was immediately contracted as the star attraction for Bar Canoa between the years of 1987 and 1989, leaving thereafter to Brasília, where she enrichened her career with studio experience. Returning to Bahia, Noeme has performed numerously, sharing the stage with great artists such as Nana Caymmi and Adriana Calcanhoto. She has received seven nominations for the Troféu Caymmi/99 and the show ‘Sintonia’ won in the categories of best musical direction, best compositions, best interpreter and best synthesis. Her show is Afro Pop, with upbeat songs and dancing arrangements, utilizing elements of percussion.
