PROJETO EM CENA AÇÃO.

Desde março deste ano, o projeto Em Cena Ação estabeleceu um grupo permanente para o desenvolvimento da Arte-Educação no ensino público em Salvador.

O grupo se constituiu com profissionais oriundos do Projeto Parâmetros com Arte, desenvolvido em 1999 uma parceria do MEC e da Secretaria Municipal de Educação. Além de professores de diferentes escolas da Rede Pública Municipal, contamos com profissionais ligados à organizações não governamentais de Salvador como a OAF, a Cidade Mãe e o Liceu de Artes e Ofícios, reunindo no total de 35 professores.

As atividades do grupo consistem em:

• Estudos teóricos/práticos, com o uso de textos, vídeos e atividades criativas;
• Criação de home-page, em processo de intercâmbio permanente com instituições de outros países, a exemplo do Instituto de Artes de Chicago;
• Estágios em Gestão Cultural, Produção e Desenvolvimento de Projetos, a exemplo do Mercado Cultural Latino-Americano.

O grupo está sendo supervisionado pela Casa Via Magia, que oferece as suas instalações, assessoria técnica para uso de computadores e tradução dos textos para o inglês.

A Casa Via Magia no seu Centro de Formação de Educadores em Salvador, desenvolve também cursos interdisciplinares para a formação continuada de professores.

O Ministério da Educação e Desporto no II Mercado Cultural Latinoamericano

O contato direto com manifestações artísticas na diversidade de seus tempos e espaços insere-nos em diferentes aspectos do mundo contemporâneo. E apresenta, para a Secretaria de Educação Fundamental do Ministério da Educação, por meio do II Mercado Cultural Latino Americano, mais uma parceria no desenvolvimento de projetos de Formação Contínua de Professores, que se inserem no Programam mais amplo deste Ministério, o Programa Parâmetros em Ação.

O II Mercado Cultural Latino-Americano, estabelece como um dos objetivos centrais de seus eventos "criar o tempo necessário para refletirmos sobre as realidades sociais e as novas perspectivas culturais no mundo". Amplia a distribuição e acesso aos bens culturais possibilitando, desta forma, incentivo e abertura de portas para as possibilidades que têm a relação escola, com seus projetos educativos dos diferentes compoentes curriculares, e espaços culturais.

Pensar a educação como um todo, em um processo permanente, nos coloca a necessidade de investir junto a alunos, professores, e educadores dos setores de gestão educacional, na relação da escola com instituições culturais, centros de cultura, museus, teatros e espaços outros de apresentações artísticas. Atuar numa política educacional e cultural em nossos programas de formação contínua é, também, investir nas possibilidades de interconexões com os espaços nos quais a arte e cultura acontecem.

Procurando transformar o ensino e a aprendizagem da arte na escola através do contato, fruição, apreciação, produção, reflexão e contextualização do conhecimento, investindo numa maior proximidade entre a vida na escola e fora dela, esta Secretaria de Educação Fundamental do MEC se faz presente no Mercado Cultural Latino Americano por meio do Encontro de participantes do Projeto Parâmetros em Ação com Arte, que terá, em sua programação, conexões com a programação geral deste evento.

Necessário se faz entender as manifestações culturais e artísticas como realmente o são: integrantes do mundo no qual vivemos.

SCENES IN ACTION PROJECT

Since this past March, the Scenes in Action Project established a permanent group for the development of Art Education within the public school system of Salvador.

The group consists of professionals engaged in the Parameters With Art Project, founded in 1999 as a partnership between the Brazilian Ministery of Culture and the Municipal Secretary of Education. Participants include teachers from different public schools and professionals connected with non-governmental organizations of Salvador such as OAF, Cidade Mãe and the Liceu de Artes e Ofícios, bringing together 35 educators.

The group activities consist of:

• Theoretical/Practical studies, using texts, videos and creative activities;
• Creation of a home-page, conducting a permanent exchange program with institutions in other countries, such as the Chicago Arts Institute;
• Intersnships in Cultural Enterpreneurship, Production and Project Development, such as the preparation for the event part of the Latin American Cultural Market 2000.

The group is supervised by Casa Via Magia, which offers its infrastructure as well as technical assistance, computers, and translation services.

Casa Via Magia in its Center For Teacher Training in Salvador, conducts others interdisciplinary courses for the continuous training of teachers.

The Ministery of Education and Recreation at the II Latin American Cultural Market

The direct contact with artistic manifestations in the diversity of times and spaces takes different forms in the contemporary world. And it presents, for the Secretary of Fundamental Education of the Ministery of Education, through the II Latin American Cultural Market, another partnership in the development of projects for the Continual Training of Teachers, who are a part of the Program through the Project Parameters in Action.

The II Latin American Cultural Market, establishing as the principle objective of its events to "create the necessary time for reflection upon social realities and new perspectives within the world", broadens the distribution and access of cultural goods thereby stimulating new possibilities in relation to schools, using educative projects, different curricular components and cultural spaces.

To think education as a whole, as a permanent process, places us with the necessity of investigating, together with students and professors within the educational sector, the museums, theaters and other artistic spaces. Acting out educational and cultural policies in our training programs is an investment in the possibilities of interconnection with the spaces in which art and culture occur.

Seeking to transform education and the learning of art in school through contact, fruition, appreciation, production, reflection, and the contextualization of knowledge, investing greater proximity between life in school and outside of it, the Secretary of Fundamental Education at the Ministery of Education will be present at the II Latin American Cultural Market participating in the Parameters in Action Project, which is connected to the overall programming of this event.

It is necessary to understand cultural and artistic manifestations as they truly are: fully integrated in the world in which we live.
