The Cultural Entrepreuners Development (CEDP) provides an opportunity to develop the skills and thereby increase the competitiveness of cultural entrepreneurs from the targeted countries. The programme seeks to enhance the culture of entrepreneurship in this sector by creating an enabling environment for cooperation.

The different cultural perspectives of articulation in network of the region, and swaps with other regions of the planet will argue in this meeting.
