FALA - The arts Fair of the III Cultural Market takes place at the Teatro Castro Alves, from December 4th to 9th. This year, FALA includes 83 stands where artists, festival directors, producers, promoters and cirectors of national and international cultural centers present their products and services. The fair is a vast forum for discussion and the exchange of contacts and ideas, providing an excellent opportunity for business transactions in the areas of art and culture.

Besides the multicultural stands, visitors may appreciate the various exhibits of artists such as Alice Ramos, with her photographs of the feminine world revealing the beauty of full-figured and pregnant women; Zenildo Barreto, with his installation arising from ashes; Mário Edson, with an eye for the hands of peace; Marco Aurélio creating beuty through recycling; Goya Lopes with her inspired designs inspiring peace and the duo Naia Alban and Moacyr Gramacho, surprising us with their 7 x 3 m. installation which changes every day, ilustrating the sedimentation of ideas over time.

Aslo participating in the Fair are the Maracatus of Pernambuco, with a photographici exhibit of their "kings and queens", as well as the publicist and photographer Sérgio Guerra, revealing the power of the "many faces of Angola" with an exhibit in the foyer of the Theater.

FALA also includes a cyber café functioning as a virtual office, with computers, faz machines and other equipment.
